Principal Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to own the growth strategy and commercial outcomes for a key skincare brand engagement, which encompasses spearheading e-commerce operations, ensuring the consistent achievement of GMV and revenue targets, and maintaining proper management of both client relationships and cross-functional teams. The role operates within Etaily's AI-native e-retail growth partner ecosystem, driving measurable performance across major platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
You will report to the leadership team, serve as the senior day-to-day point of contact for the client, and champion the orchestration of commercial, paid media, and social commerce efforts. This person should be highly confident with technology and performance data, utilizing Etaily's Signal Engine outputs and platform intelligence layer to its full potential to drive proactive strategies rather than reactive reporting. The ideal candidate understands the intricacies of the e-commerce landscape, is deeply comfortable working with numbers, and is the kind of proactive individual who naturally sees a revenue gap and takes immediate ownership to close it.

Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the day-to-day ownership of a key skincare brand engagement, driving overall commercial outcomes and managing the client relationship.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, coordinating all strategy development, regular reporting, and business escalations.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams across commercial, paid media, and social commerce divisions to ensure unified execution against brand goals.
- Develop monthly and quarterly growth strategies tied directly to hitting the client's GMV and revenue targets for covered SKUs.
- Track ROI and performance metrics continuously against agreed benchmarks per engagement period.
- Synthesize consumer and market intelligence to proactively inform campaign direction, product positioning, and overall platform strategy.
- Contribute to Etaily's Signal Engine outputs and leverage the platform intelligence layer to build competitive advantages.
- Identify and scope incremental service opportunities that align with campaign objectives and the long-term goals of the brand.
- Provide proactive recommendations and actionable insights that the client acts on, moving away from simple reactive reporting.
- Retain and expand client scope over the engagement lifetime by consistently delivering measurable value.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce, brand management, or growth marketing, with a strong preference for experience within the beauty or personal care sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing senior client relationships and leading cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset; ability to thoroughly read performance data and instantly translate it into strategy rather than just decks.
- Deep familiarity with seller ecosystems, specifically within TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Lazada, which is considered a strong advantage.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude, acting as a self-starter who does not wait to be told what the problem is.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where hands-on execution is valued just as highly as long-term strategy.
