Project Management Associate (Hybrid)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closing out of s the standard onboarding process of new Clients.
- Support the end-to-end financial modeling, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, and closing out non-standard onboarding projects (e.g., etaily’s Offline To Online Platform).
- Support the end-to-end financial modeling, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting, and closing out service expansion projects (e.g., Warehouse expansion, Partnerships, New Channel Exploration).
- Support in company-wide projects, ensuring that timelines are met and provided deliverables are of quality (e.g., Mega-campaign management).
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with desired quality.
- Create and update the project management standards, templates, and SOPs for the various project phases.
- Ensure that a proper change management process is followed for their projects so that scope, schedule, and cost changes are documented and aligned across all stakeholders.
- Measure and analyze the business impact or outcomes of the project implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Create financial models, project charters, and risk assessments to support a specific project's launch and ensure that the project is running within budget (CPI).
- Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time (SPI) and with desired quality (i.e., no showstopper issues encountered in Prod upon go-live) while achieving a Satisfactory rating from clients.
- Oversee hypercare phase of the project, requiring all involved stakeholders to attain sufficient support to the client for smooth operations during the project’s initial phases.
- Close projects, ensuring a sufficient handover process to the receiving stakeholder.
Change Management
- Ensure that a proper change management process is followed for their projects so that scope, schedule, and cost changes are documented and aligned across all stakeholders.
Organization Readiness
- Ensure the organization is prepared from a people, processes, and systems perspective to onboard new clients and platforms as it goes live and moves into hypercare and eventually into business as usual (BAU) setup.
Reporting
- Measure and analyze the business impact or outcomes of the project implementation.

After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies, and/or in start-ups. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive, as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management and collaboration, strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Not required but an advantage: Six Sigma Certifications, Lean Certifications, Leadership roles, Project Manager roles.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Data Story-Telling, and Risk Management.
- Fresh graduates with relevant co-curricular or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
