We are seeking a dynamic Livestream Community Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and engage with our community during live broadcasts across multiple platforms.

- TikTok Community Engagement: Actively manage and respond to audience interactions and inquiries during Livestream sessions.
- Monthly Reporting: Compile and deliver a comprehensive Monthly Community Management Report.
- Streaming Operations: Proficiently operate Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) and manage multi-streaming across various platforms.
- Production Management: Setup and seamlessly switch between different cameras, scenes, and media assets to ensure high-quality online livestreaming.
- Technical Oversight: Prepare and check all technical assets (audio, video, backgrounds, etc.) to maintain production quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during broadcasts.
- Product Management: Ensure that SKU products (e.g., yellow basket, orange basket) are visible, properly organized, and maintained before and during the Livestream, including pinning products on the seller center.
- Ingress and Egress Checks: Conduct thorough checks to identify and resolve potential technical issues before and after the broadcast.
- Familiarity with live selling platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
- Knowledge of additional streaming platforms like Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Kumu is a plus.
- Strong technical skills with experience in live broadcast production.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues in real time.
- Willing to work onsite at our studio in Makati City.
