Principal Duties & Responsibilities
As a Fulfillment and Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from the point of origin to the end consumer. This position involves managing various aspects of the supply chain, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination. You will collaborate with different teams to optimize logistics processes and contribute to the overall success of the company’s operations.Job Responsibilities
Warehouse Processing
- Receives & processes inbound and pullout requests by the brands
- Coordinate inbound and pull out schedules to the warehouse
- Validates and monitors inbound and pull out completion
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify inventory availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders
- Ensure orders meet quality standards before shipping
- Ensure orders meet market place SLA
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocks
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and improve accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation and logistics processes
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries
- Resolve any issues related to shipments, delays, or damages
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for products during the fulfillment process
- Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Utilize relevant software systems for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting
- Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for process improvement
- Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in fulfillment, logistics, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for order processing and inventory management
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and other Google Suite products
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures
