Principal Duties and Responsibilities

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the client's main POC leading the end-to-end process, including cross-functional activities involving internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with brands, marketplaces, and other channels to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on clients' ecommerce business strategies, working in close collaboration to design and implement solutions that enhance online sales and boost their digital footprint.
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor performance indicators such as Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and Average Order Value (AOV), using these insights to guide strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Present comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including specifics on effective merchandising, content creation, and marketing strategies for improving online presence.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for business enhancements within existing client relationships, driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive the overall success of our clients' ecommerce businesses.

Your profile

After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies, and/or in start-ups. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive, as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+++ years of eCommerce enabling or platform experience
  • Ability to work independently and engage directly with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, adaptable to new tools
  • Experience with Data Studio and/or Power BI preferred
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Analytical and data-driven approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective problem-solving
  • Fresh graduates with relevant co-curricular or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
