Principal Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to own the daily execution of affiliate marketing strategies across the Group, which encompasses spearheading day-to-day operations in the Partner Center, ensuring completeness and accuracy of affiliate campaigns, timely engagement and recruitment of creators, and proper management of internal and external campaign stakeholders. The role's functional scope acts as an operational driver across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other social commerce platforms.You are expected to anchor the function and drive execution through the guidance of the Affiliate and MCN Lead. You will report to the Affiliate and MCN Lead, champion the day-to-day affiliate workflows, and establish and maintain proper structural controls in campaign setups, commission configurations, product seeding, and content compliance. This person should be highly confident with platform technology and will use it to its full potential, knowing that tracking metrics can be translated into campaign optimization and enhanced creator productivity.
The ideal candidate understands the intricacies of affiliate marketing or creator partnerships and is exceptionally comfortable working with numbers and sales data. This person will work closely with the Affiliate and MCN Lead and cross-functionally with Brand Management, Enablement, Production, Performance Marketing, and Client Success heads, advising them on ideal creator matchings, campaign metrics, and execution best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop Partner Center and other platform tools, managing campaign setups, invitations, commissions, and product selections.
- Ensure that affiliate marketing strategies are fully executed across assigned social commerce platforms in complete alignment with brand objectives.
- Build and maintain robust creator pipelines by recruiting, onboarding, incubating, and managing affiliate creators across assigned categories.
- Deliver timely, accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for internal teams and clients, tracking GMV, activation, conversion rates, and content output.
- Monitor and maintain creator compliance and content guidelines, coordinating campaign briefs, seeding processes, and quality control.
- Work closely with cross-functional business partners—including Brand Management, Production, Performance Marketing, and Client Success—to ensure seamless execution of milestones.
- Lead the evaluation and matching of creators to affiliate campaigns based on historical data, audience alignment, and content style.
- Perform data-driven insights and performance tracking to identify campaign blockages and proactively recommend optimization opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback, workflow documentation, and SOP updates to the team to enhance operational efficiency while managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Social Commerce, or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on operational experience using the TikTok Shop Partner Center, Shopee Affiliate, or related affiliate marketing management systems.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the capacity to resolve campaign blockers immediately while maintaining client service levels.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the clear ability to interpret sales graphs, ROI metrics, and campaign data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing for the simultaneous handling of multiple brands and creators under tight schedules.
