Demand & Supply Planner
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The Demand and Supply Planner Specialist oversees accurate demand forecasting based on historical data and market trends, efficient supply planning for timely procurement and delivery, and effective inventory management to minimize excess while meeting service level requirements. They utilize ERP systems for data-driven analysis to optimize operational efficiencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on forecasts and promotions, and deliver detailed reports on forecast accuracy and supply chain metrics for informed decision-making. This role also involves close coordination with internal stakeholders such as Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless sales analysis, catalogue/merchandising management, and overall portfolio supply planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate the demand plan into supply plan for monthly ordering and long range purchase plan Highlight and provide visibility on potential business risk and opportunity to the team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Study and analyze historical sales and conduct data cleansing to create statistical baseline forecast
- Perform article creation, shipment monitoring, and other task related to or with impact to supply chain planning
- Lead the forecast review and alignment meeting with Commercial team to capture marketing intelligence such as new launches, cannibalization, promotions, product transitions, distribution plan to build the total demand plan
- Analyze, document assumptions, and validate forecast vs financial plan
- Align and collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve and achieve KPIs on Inventory Stockholding, Inventory Mix, Forecast Accuracy, Service Level, and One-Shelf Availability Participate in Supply Chain projects and S&OP process improvement
- Support the Commercial & Operations team in operations, various reports, and analysis
- Any other tasks that may be assigned are occasionally related to the Demand & Supply Planning function.

After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies, and/or in start-ups. Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive, as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.
Key Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or equivalent.
- With at least one year of experience or an internship in demand and supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain management within the FMCG, lifestyle, or related fields
- Experience in S&OP Process
- Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- High proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure
