Principal Duties and Responsibilities

As Etaily’s HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning business and operational objectives with employees and the management in the designated departments and entities. The position requires partnerships across the HR Functions (Recruitment to Offboarding) to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the organization's objectives and direction.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about assisting employees with their HR-related needs and concerns. By implementing HR strategies and programs, you will work closely with leaders and management teams to build people and organizational capabilities. 


Job Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a strategic advisor for People-related matters, a data-driven problem solver, and an independent voice to constantly navigate between the needs of our business unit and the overall needs of the organization and HR.
  • Creates an enriching talent experience by increasing opportunities for talent involvement and activities for sustainable engagement.
  • Provides operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core human resource-related functions, such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, documentation, etc.
  • Responsible for HR and Regulatory key items, office management, HR administration, and labor priorities
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Delivers high-quality and timely HR initiatives while maximizing the vast range of resources and working with the entities’ key stakeholders
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce, and succession planning.
  • Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Performs other related duties and activities as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

​​​​​​After earning your outstanding degree at a top university, you have gained work experience in a top-tier e-commerce player, consulting companies, and/or in start-ups.  Moreover, you have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements. Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector in the region is impressive, as well as your high drive and ambition to perform. Independence, flexibility, and speed are as important to you as geographical mobility and international experience. Entrepreneurial drive, sales attitude, and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment complete your profile.
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant industries (ecommerce and Tech Background).
  • Proven experience of 3- 5 years as an HRBP.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation and benefits, organizational diagnosis, employee and HR relations, diversity, performance management, and labor/employment laws.
  • Solid knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
