Principal Duties & Responsibilities

The Visual Merchandising & Multimedia Designer is tasked with creating innovative concepts and visual content for presentation to prospective clients. This role's primary objective is to craft exceptional creative and branding designs tailored for our client's digital platforms and online stores.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop graphics, social media content, marketing materials, banners, layouts for eCommerce stores, and product detail pages, applying visual merchandising principles across various platforms.
  • Create and maintain internal documents and templates for use by the team.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to maintain a unified creative direction across all projects.
  • Produce high-quality graphic designs and straightforward motion graphics or videos that align with the client's specifications and deadlines.
  • Remain adaptable and informed about the latest design trends and best practices.
  • Build, upload, and manage the visual aspects of online stores on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
  • Engage in the establishment of team objectives that support the company's goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and management to create content that adheres to brand guidelines and drives conversions.
  • Play an active role in achieving team goals by fulfilling assigned responsibilities effectively.
  • Regularly update the team on progress and challenges, proposing solutions as needed.
  • Ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.
  • Continuously update your knowledge by researching industry best practices and incorporating feedback from analytics, customers, and clients.
  • Present ideas and concepts in a visually appealing and well-organized manner.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Graphic Design role within a studio/agency setup, with a strong preference for candidates with e-commerce experience and expertise in platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
  • Comprehensive understanding of e-commerce, social media, and digital platforms.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, or similar UI/UX applications.
