Principal Duties & Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to plan and implement Google, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora in-platform solutions ad campaigns for our client’s e-commerce stores to drive quality traffic and conversion & report results on a weekly and monthly basis.Job Responsibilities:
Brand Management
- Work closely with internal departments (Client Success Management, Creatives, Copywriting) and external parties (clients, marketplaces, third-party agencies) to achieve performance marketing targets and troubleshoot and resolve business issues.
Planning & Target Achievement
- Formulation of performance marketing recommendations on budget splits, channels to activate, ad performance projections, and managing daily and monthly budgets to meet clients’ objectives.
- Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies implemented and aligned with the stores’ goals and objectives.
- Create the brand’s monthly media plan based on budget and planned campaigns.
- Issue quarterly cost estimates to document the budget to be used and make sure the client is aware of the investment
Implementation & Reporting
- Execute ad campaigns, monitor progress against KPIs, analyze data, and provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improving and optimizing performance.
- Present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders both client-side and internally
- Ensure that regular reviews are carried out with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and develop future improvements/services for the customers.
Key Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience as a performance marketing analyst in an ad agency or e-commerce enabler. Internship experience in an advertising agency is accepted.
- Proficient in hands-on campaign management experience in digital media platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, and in-platform solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Proactive and have a problem-solving attitude.
- Client-facing abilities.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Self-starter with high interpersonal skills.
